I request that the California Air Resources Board strengthen, NOT
WEAKEN the current Zero Emission Vehicle regulations. Zero
emission vehicles reduce air pollution and help in the fight
against global warming. 

I am concerned about pollution as well as the high price of
gasoline. I want to have the option of purchasing a zero emission
vehicle when I purchase a new vehicle in about six months.  This
may not be an option unless automakers are required to make 150
ZEV vehicles per year.

Finally, I fully support the staff's proposal to increase the
number of plug-in hybrids that must be produced.
