Dear Board:

Now is not the time to capitulate to business wishes not to
sacrifice at a reasonable level to help us reach our AB 32
mandated emissions goals. Moving ambitiously toward increasing the
number of ZEVs in the state is essential, and the effort must not
be significantly watered down. It is important to note, as you are
certainly aware, that transportation related emissions are the
largest contributors to greenhouse gases in the state.
