The citizenry as well as the governor of this state has shown its
deep concern for those environmental factors that impact our
individual health and the health of the environment.  At a time
when it seems more and more clear that we are on the brink of
crisis, it would be very unwise to do anything that would increase
poisons in our air.  No economic argument can counter the costs of
severe health problems or the collapse of ecological systems.  I
urge you not to tamper with the existing regulation.
