| Comment | Like other consumers that live in California, I want to do my part to lessen my carbon footprint as our earth heats up. Electric car technology is here and shold be funded so that it is an available option to more people. With gas prices rising and an uncertain supply left, it seems reasonable that the public would benefit if we we could become more self-sufficient. Please don't squelch this opportunity for us.
