Are you nuts? To even think of lowering this standard when the
whole world knows the importance of stopping global warming and
the dimishment of ozone depletion. We should not allow anything to
harm our eco systems, our ground water, our surface water, our
soils and, of course, our air. 

We are the only species who actually pollutes our source of
life--the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat. 

Think carefully: WE ARE THE ENDANGERED SPECIES!
