| Comment | I agree with Tesla Motors, CEO. CARB needs to strengthen the ZEV requirements not weaken them. CARB is in a position now to show the rest of the world what one state in a free nation is capable of. Now that would be a message for democracy, clean air , and show that CA has the gonads to stand up to the oil fueled automobile industy. Mark BUSH |
