Dear CARB,

Please do not weaken the current Zero Emission Vehicle
regulations. 

Zero emission vehicles not only reduce particulate air pollution,
but help reduce green house gases. We should be    strengthening
these requirements, not reducing their effectiveness.

As a soon to be car purchaser, I am already looking for options in
order to purchase the lowest impact vehicle I can find. If
automakers are only required to make 150 ZEV vehicles per year,
that would certainly put a ZEV out of my financial reach, but
would keep ZEV's out of my reach for years and years to come.

I fully support plug-in hybrids, and find that to be a very
intriguing option.
