| Comment | Dear CARB board, Consumers are ready and willing to adopt this technology. It is a question of good, available products vs. lack of demand. There was a recent study of Prius owners (which crossed 1M vehicles last year) and 80% of the buyers thought of it as an electric car. As the agenda setters in this space for the US auto market, please be bold. The world needs this shift and the technology is close enough that with the right prompting the market will develop.
