To whom it may concern -


I am writing this letter to let you know that I am concerned with
topic of zero emission vehicles that will be discussed shortly.  I
am by no means "Mr. Green" but I do think it is time to display
leadership on this important issue.  I know there are many sides
to the story, but my hope is that your committee will show
leadership in helping our car makers become more responsible and
produce cleaner vehicles.

I hope one day I can tell my 2 year old son that we once had
vehicles that ran on fossil fuels, but because of the leadership
and action taken in 2008, we took a stand to force industry to
step up and make it happen.

We all know that this is what is needed as industry's will not do
it themselves.....know that our future and our childrens future is
highly impacted on the decision you make.
