To Whom it May Concern,

Please note my zealous appeal to all who can re-instate the "all
electric vehicle" into our lives before it is too late.

I have asked most everyone I know how they would react to changing
their speed of transportation, for the chance to save our planet
from diasater.The overwhelming response is that all of the friends
and family I asked are willing to make the necessary changes in
their lifestyle, if the goverment and big business would support
the "plug in vehicle". 

I saw the film: "Who Killed The Electric Car" at the San Francisco
fim festival a year and a half ago. An auto was shown that can go
350 miles between rechargings and travels 85 MPH. A new battery
system has improved the performance of these vehicles
considerably.

Please inform our Governor of our "emergency need" to inform the
public of this problem, and the solution that is well within our
grasp,if we could get the cooperation of those in positions of
power concerning this aspect of our economy.

Thank you for your attention in this soon to be life threatening
matter for all of us and those who follow.
