| Subject | Need CARB mandate for the plugin hybrid & electric cars |
| Comment | Please strengthen the mandate for the electric car and the plugin hybrid. They will be ready sooner than the hydrogen car and without the expensive hydrogen stations. I would like to buy one so I can consume less fossil fuels. I have a friend who has had an electric car for 4 years and never goes to the gas station. She just plugs in at her house.
