We in surrounding states depend on California's leadership in
environmental issues.  If you once again pull the rug out from
under a zero emissions vehicle mandate, you will have proven the
automakers correct; that they only have to trot out some
ridiculously overpriced prototype vehicles that they might be
capable of producing a decade or more from now, and you'll let
them off the hook and continue the status quo for another decade,
instead of accomplishing the tremendous gains that are possible
today with technology that they did have on the road ten years
ago, but do not today, thanks to the past failures of CARB.  Fool
sell us once, shame on them.  Fool cell us twice- SHAME ON YOU!
