| Comment | On March 27, you will revise the history-making program that put more than 5,000 Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) on the road. Please do not diminish this legislation for the benefit of wealthy and powerful special interests. More electric vehicles will benefit EVERYONE. Fewer vehicles is a BAD choice for the country. I am a school teacher and very much would like to drive a fully electric vehicle. Reducing the number of ZEV's manufactures must make creates a market with cars only the ultra wealthy can afford. This does not help gauge the demand from common consumers or begin to make the changes our environment needs. Please do not vote to benefit the few, wealthy, influential over the rest of the state and country. Cynthia Kessel |
