Dear California EPA Air Resources Board, 

Please vote in favor of legistlation that encourages or even
mandates the introduction electric cars in California.  With gas
prices rising and global climate change taking place, electric
cars are one of the only realistic options for a scalable solution
(unlike hydrogen, biodeisel, or clean diesel).  Plugging an
electric car into a solar electric system (PV) creates a truly
sustainable solution and we need to encourage car companies to
introduce these cars now.  The technology is already there, there
are many electric cars already on the roads, but we need to make
sure car companies provide these options to consumers now rather
than benefiting from the high gas prices and squeezing consumers'
pocketbooks while withholding better technology.  Thank you.
