We are counting on California to lead the way, as they have done in
other progressive areas.  Our children are depending on you! 
Please know the entire United States is closely watching the
choices you make... including us here in Iowa.  Please put people
before profits of energy companies.  Hydrogen fueling stations are
not going to be across the state of Iowa in any near future, but
everyone has a plug in their home.

I have seen the film "Who killed the Electric Car" and hope that
all in the decision making process have.  This is your chance to
shine - to be brave, turn the page, and take the USA forward to a
cleaner and more promising future.  Reconsider the evidence and
make a policy you can be proud of.  Time is running out to deny
our responsibilities to the earth and future generations.
