To the leaders and members of CARB,

I truly believe that California has been and will be the nation's
leader when it comes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.  As
such, I would ask that your organization stand firm on the
policies set forth in the California Zero Emission Vehicle
regulations.  If we are to make progress on this issue, it will be
because of leaders like you who have chosen to make the right
choices, leaders like you who do not back down in the face of
pressure, and leaders like you who put forth the consumers'
interests first and foremost.
