Reinstating the manufacturing of the electric car would help clean
up our environment and get us off foreign oil.  It's critical that
this car is allowed to be manufactured and used in our country.
It's way past time that the car companies to restart the
manufacturing and distribution of this vehicle.  
In all of the testing the these vehicles have proven efficient and
economical. And, with the price of gasoline going through the roof
many people can't afford gas-powered cars anymore. It's way past
time for this to take place. Something has to be done, and this
could be a large part of the answer.
