| Comment | Please don not again delay a requirement for ZEVs. Given that several major and many minor car makers are working toward having battery powered cars online by 2009 and 2010, California should set reasonable goals for sales of such. Please; 1. re-commit to the full 25,000 ZEVs 2. have separate requirement for plug-in-hybrids 3. ncentivize plug-in hybrids that have the most on-board electricity storage. ken morley |
