Members of the Board,

I hope that you have seen the movie "Who Killed the Electric Car".
I have and am extremely disappointed in your previous Board's
actions. That was a number of years ago and this Board has the
opportunity to rectify what I and many others consider a serious
breach of public trust.

I am certain that all of you understand your mission. As a long
range planning and policy setting organization it is important for
your Board to consider your mission in the context of long range
and far reaching effects. While it may be in the short term
interest of some to place more weight on economics, in the long
run if the State is unsafe to inhabit or it is out of position to
include electrical vehicle alternatives for transportation then
your Board has done a great disservice to our citizens.

Your Board has the ability to effect significant change and public
good. Please vote for what you think is the best thing for all of
us, our children and grandchildren.
