California is setting the standard for the rest of the nation on
this policy and many aligned states will follow what is passed.
Please ensure that ZEV's are actively encouraged in a way that
will promote meaningful adoption of standards that will help the
US achieve the long term benefits - lower pollution levels,
preparation for the scarcity and expense of oil dependency, and
leadership in technologies that will aid economic revival. Don't
allow this legislation to be delayed, sidetracked, and watered
down once again!
