| Comment | Dear CARB: I am writing to urge you not to give in to pressure to form the automotive companies to dilute California's commitment to Zero Emissions. I just heard a report on the rapid increase in coal fired power plants in China, which exceeded all projections, resulting in China surpassing the USA as the world's biggest CO2 polluter. We must do everything in our power to clean up emissions asap in our country, to show leadership in the world and help to couterbalance what's spiralling out of control now in China. Please hold the auto companies to their original commitments of electric vehicles. |
