As a hybrid owner I love the fact that my gas bill, especially as
gas prices are reaching $4.00 per gallon, is a fraction of what it
was when I owned a gas powered vehicle.  Now, I am looking forward
to a ZEV.  The Air Resources Board's attempt to compel clean cars
in the 1990's was a great idea then and it should be picked up and
reinstated now.  We have lost valuable time, but it is not too late
if you do the right thing by picking up ZEV ball again and run with
it rather than dropping it this time.
