I know you wish to weaken the program to put more Zero Emission
Vehicles on the road.   You want to require automakers to produce
only about 150 ZEV's each year through 2015.  Consumers should
have a choice in whether they buy a ZEV or not.  It is not fair to
encourage air pollution and to have a "do nothing" attitude as you
do.  We must do our share to combat global warming.  Otherwise, we
can import ZEV's from other countries.  

Wake up and do the right thing, not just for Californians and
California, but for the United States of America.
