I really can't believe that CARB is thinking about more
anti-electric car decisions.  It was a bad move the first time, as
it made it impossible for people to buy electric cars.  I
personally would never lease a car, but I would have bought an
electric.  Most people didn't even know (and still wouldn't if not
for Who Killed the Electric Car) there were electric cars
available.

It's a worse decision now as we are getting to a bad point in both
politics and war as well as the environment.  We don't have
anywhere near enough time to switch over to electric vehicles
unless it is mandated in part by you at CARB.  Please stand up
against the major auto companies on this.  In a sense, CARB made
the EV1 and others exist, please don't ruin their chances a 2nd
time.  If there is any way to do it, please make statements in
favor of electrics, and if need be, PHEVs.
