| Comment | Dear CARB: Your very purpose for being is to ensure we have alternatives to petroleum based vehicles to clean the air in our heavily polluted state. By passing your proposed reduction amendments to ZEV, you negate the reason for your existence. This doesn't make much sense. We are not a stupid public. We can read and figure out things about lobby, pressure from federal sources, and it's shameful that CARB cannot stand for what it's supposed to be all about...California has the fifth largest economy in the world, and it's time to act like it.
