  The amount of products that need petroleum is scary.  Just one
step to create a source that is not completely dependent would a
great option.  I for one, WANT a electric car.  I think it is a
worth while agenda.  So any attempt to make strives for that goal,
I am for it.  With California behind this amendment would help make
the electric car and other high efficient cars more affordable for
us middle class.  Please no more hybrids.  These are great cars
but it is step backwards.  By adding more moving parts is not a
solution.  It is a bandaid.  Thank you for listening.  I know you
care.
