| Comment | The federal government continues to fail to act to fight Global warming, and get the United States off its oil dependency which is both a security risk and an economic disadvantage. As a major economic power, California can throw its weight around and act as a leader in the US in the fight against Global Warming and out Oil Dependency. Please help us do this by passing zev2008.
