| Comment | Dear CARB, If you hadn't killed the EV program five years ago, California (and the US auto industry) would today be at the cutting edge of ZEV technology. Don't repeat the mistake! Just because industry is too short-sighted to know that we need to be weaned off of oil, that doesn't mean our government can't hold them to a more rational standard. |
