I understand that you will be meeting on March 27 to review the
Zero Emission Vehicle requirements for vehicle manufacturers in
California.

I urge you to retain or increase the number of ZEVs required to be
produced through 2015.  I believe that this is the best way to
encourage manufacturers to produce clean vehicles, which are vital
in lowering greenhouse gas production, our dependence on foreign
oil, and addressing the growing disaster of global warming.
