To whom it concerns,
For reasons pertaining to global warming, air pollution, national
security, California research and jobs, please do NOT weaken or
eliminate the  Zero Emission Vehicle Program.  The success of
hybrids in the marketplace, especially in CA, show that there is a
real market for reliable green technology.  The ZEV program
encourages the research and investment necessary to keep this
technology going forward.  If we do not keep this pressure on, we
lose the research & the associated intellectual property, jobs,
and of course income.  

The air pollution is self-explanatory, as is the global warming.
