California's unsurpassed natural beauty and incomparable citizens
have long inspired the state's progressive action on the
environment.  I encourage the California Air Resources Board to
continue this tradition on March 27th, by keeping the Zero
Emission Vehicle Program strong and increasing our access to zero
emission vehicles (and not allowing automakers to break their
earlier promise to provide these cars).

Other states will look to ours when determining how to improve
their standards.  Please give them (and the people of California)
choices that can help us take care of our environment.
