| Comment | It makes no sense to allow the auto companies to back out of the ZEV commitment. We face unprecendented threats due to global warming from car and other emissions. We've got to do everything in our power to reduce carbon emissions --and this obviously includes increasing the numbers of zero emission vehicles in California.
