| Comment | Dear Sirs and Madams, I understand that you will shortly be voting on the ZEV program. I urge you not to weaken the program. Please do not give the automobile manufacturers an out from their promise to produce 25,000 ZEVs in 2012-2014 and 50,000 in 2015-2017. Other states are watching what you do.
