I thank CARB for listening and creating the ZEV program that has
resulted in 8 years of electric vehicle driving for my family. We
were driving 17k miles a year on the same EV as our only or
primary vehicle. With the waning of the ZEV promise came
inadequate support and I am now forced to painfully drive a
depressing Internal Combustion Engine. Please keep forging forward
and motivate all parties toward survival of the humans through
cleaner more intelligent transportation. Not only make sure EV's
are available but affordable as soon as possible.
My neighbors agree that they would like to have an EV, but need
them to be supported and attainable. 
Also plug-in ZEV capable hybrids need to be pushed hard. Hopefully
alternative fueled hybrids too, including AFV PHEV's.
