Dear Governor of California,

I really hope that the mandate will be brought back, many people
and not to forget the children of California will be very grateful
if you do this. Reduce/eliminate smog, clean up the air, the
benefits are plenty. It will be the beginning of a true revolution
for better, cleaner cars in the automotive industry. When you start
doing something like this, people will be attracted to the whole
idea of making the world greener.
