PLEASE do not allow automakers to wiggle out of their "committment"
to zero emission vehicles! You are the reason that they developed
the EV in the first place. If you impose a deadline on them, they
will produce zero emission vehicles. It's for their own good to
produce these vehicles, because they are the wave of the future.
It's for our own good, too. We want America to lead the world, not
follow Japan in their technological expertise.
Give GM some backbone, make Americans out of them.
