 To whom it may concern;

 I urge you very strongly not to hold up progress on the
deveopment of the electric vehicle in favor of the hydrogen
vehicle. For now electricity is abundant and cheap hydrogen is
not. To supply an infrastructure for electric vehicles would be a
lot easier and cheaper than one for hydrogen. All of the gas
stations in the United States have electricity. You would only
have to supply an electric distribution point instead of
installing new tanks for the hydrogen and a deleivery system. I am
not saying that hydrogen is a bad idea except for the fact that it
is highly explosive, it's just that we already have produced more
electric vehicles than hydrogen ones. To put electric vehicle
production on the back burner in favor of hydrogen vehicles just
seems a little backwards.
