| Comment | I'm old enough to remember when CARB mandated ZEV's and then rescinded these requirements because the car companies said they couldn't do it. They didn't do it and they haven't still. For the car companies this issue is all about money and the CARB is supposed to be all about AIR, CLEAN AIR. If you mandate a significant number of ZEV's they will be built. If you act as if American ingenuity is a thing of the past, that clean air is not important and the demise of the America car manufacturers is #1 then you will do what you did before. An action that caused massive harm to America and the rest of the world. Don't make the same mistake again! |
