This is our planet and we do not need a GPS to see where we are
headed.  By joining together, we can reverse the adverse effects
that we have started. California and CARB can no longer sit back
and wait for the world to get better; it is your responsibility to
insure that we have access to clean transportation and we are
dependant on a ZEV Mandate of the 1990's.  I urge you to become
part of the solution and to demand nothing less than what was
asked for ten years ago.  The ZEV Mandate of the 90’s was
supported and your rights to make such demands were upheld all of
the way through to the Supreme Court.  California needs 25,000+
truly zero emission vehicles per year and nothing less. Technology
is available and improving daily; simply do the right thing.
