| Comment | As a citizen of San Joaquin County, a county known for its poor air quality, I really hope that your agency will support California's Zero Emissions Vehicle Program. I believe we need to push car makers to start producing more electric vehicles and make it more affordable to the public. We have the technology, we should use it. Every time I gas up my Toyota, although an efficient vehicle, I still dream of the day when I can cut myself off from oil. We, as Californians, can make a difference.
