To the CARB board members,

An important decision is coming up soon. As of right now I
understand you intend to significantly lower the required number
of ZEV's that be put on the road. I strongly urge you to
re-consider this and go back to the original number of zero
emissions vehicles required in the proposal.

I live in Arizona, where we just recently adopted the California
emissions standards. We and nine other states look up to
California to set standards and trends, please don't let us down.


I just recently got an electric conversion on the road and have
put about 5,000 emissions free miles on it since December 1st. If
I can do this in my own garage it won't be rocket science for the
auto manufacturers to do the same.
