| Comment | I'm writing to strongly urge you to vote no on the upcoming proposals that would allow auto makers to delay electrical vehicle production for the near future. This is not the message Calif. wishes to convey to the rest of the country. Calif. is the leader in this regard and others will follow Calif. lead. Let's move forward in a positive manner and let the rest of the country know that Calif. really is the leader in Zero Emission Vehicle Regulation.
