I urge you to make the right discussions on the 27th. As a
consumer, I want the option to have a PHEV or and EV.
Unfortunately, there are no production EVs or PHEVs available to
me. PLEASE require car companies to produce the full 25,000 ZEVs.
PLEASE create incentives for PHEVs. Look how well they worked with
standard hybrids. We are ready for PHEVs, but they are not ready
for us! PLEASE make the PHEVs replace higher emissions vehicles,
rather than clean air vehicles.
