California has the chance to be at the fore-front of the biggest
wealth transfer back into this country by taking the lead on zero
emission vehicles.  California has the size, resources, and
technology skills to make this successful.  It just lacks the
government leadership to take this potent potion and complete this
once in a century opportunity.  Again, hundreds of billions of
dollars of wealth - funneled back into America from the unstable
