| Comment | I support whole heartedly the Zero Emission vehicle Regulation Proposition and hope it will attain the support needed to become law as soon as possible. I am in favor of better educating the public and better overall nurturing of conservation ideas and attitudes throughout this beautiful state. Now more than ever, low and no emission vehicles are needed to slow drastic weather changes and needless wasting of our precious natural resources.
