Please do not let intransigent automakers off the hook again.  WE
need all the hybrids and electric they are pledged to manufacture
and more.  I am not a California resident, but I live in
Washington state, one of the states that uses the Calfornia
standards and my daughter is attending UC Berkeley.  You know
yourselves to be leaders in progressive environmental laws.  Live
up to your responsibility.  Enough with the hydrogen fuel cell
bait and switch, and enough with the anti-competitive practices
that keep average consummers from the possibility of buying
elctric cars.  The automakers will build them if California says
they have to.  We want all the 25,000 cars promised for 2012-2014,
and the dirtiest fo the fleet whould be replaced by hybrids, which
should recieve incentives.  Show no mercy!  Do your duty!
