America has seen "Who Killed the Electric Car" and we have been
waiting on California to again set the bar for the rest of the
country. All eyes are on your decisions. Don't give the automakers
an easy out again. The icecaps are melting and it's going to take
foresight and willingness to set tough standards to cut emissions
and reduce human contributions to climate change.

Please don't cave. Other states will follow your lead. Remember,
it's your children's and grandchildren's future you're
determining.
