| Comment | You killed the electric car. Now is your chance to fix that mistake. Please enforce and require the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for 2012-2014. You should also create a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather than the cleanest ZEVs. Incentivize plug-in hybrids that have the most on-board electricity storage. In short, the electric car benefits our environment and our future generation. Take a stand and show the world that California is the leader in this area rather than succumbing to the special interests of oil companies and automakers. |
