Please, if anything, encourage in every way the sale and use of
electric cars.  I was terribly disappointed that you did not
support them earlier.  We have an opportunity to be a leading
state in combatting global warming, in creating energy
independence, and in dealing to the horribly health consequences
of conventional-car air pollution.

Please proceed wisely.
