     In a short note growing up in LA has been the most devastating
thing to me to understand who we are as a human race. Los Angeles
and the I.C.E. system that has been put in place there to
represent our generation is wrong. You have continually denied
electric transportation and recreation products from being put
into the market place for the new beginning, for our descendants.


     There is no argument to weather these products have already
been developed well over the last 100 years and the scam and the
behavior of people such as your organisation to not leave the
doors of progressive E.V. science and consumer acceptability wide
open shold be remembered and recorded for history.
